Event Information |
- Event registration will be open from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday July 1 at the Waterloo Holiday Inn and then at the field during range hours beginning at 9:00 am on Thursday July 2. At the registration table, you may pick-up your flier packet which will include your range pass badge, banquet ticket(s), parking
pass(es), pre-ordered launch wear and pre-purchased raffle tickets. The Registration table will be located in row A, spaces 77-80.
- Please bring your current Tripoli, NAR or CAR membership card to the registration table to verify your certification level.
- Range hours are 9:00 am until 6:00 pm on all 5 days. (The range may close a little early on Saturday to allow folks to return to Waterloo and prepare for the evening Banquet.)
- Please park only in the space(s) that you reserved ahead of time. Each flier's event fee includes one reserved space on the flight line; you may have purchased additional spaces as well. You will receive a pass for each of your reserved spaces in your registration packet. Your reserved spaces are yours to use for all 5 days. However, if you plan to leave the event before Monday, we ask that you kindly return your parking pass(es) to the registration table as you leave the field.
- The Dinner Banquet is on Saturday July 4, 2009 at the Waterloo Holiday Inn. Please present your tickets at the door.
- There will be several vendors providing food concessions on-site all 5 days.
- You are responsible for your own trash. Please do not dispose of trash in the porta potties.
- Please be sure to inform any non-rocketeer family and friends that may be accompanying you of the spectator guidelines.

Fliers Information |
- There will be a fliers meeting each morning at 9:00am near the LCO station. This will be broadcast on the PA and over the LCO FM frequency as well.
- RSO procedures will be consistent with TRA guidelines. The RSO table will be located in row A, spaces 81-84. Large, heavy projects can be checked on the flight line by the "Roving RSO". In order to keep vehicle traffic on the field to a minimum, truck transportation will be provided for large projects flying off the Away Cell and Way-Away Cell.
